Voice Focus mode missing in my Galaxy A73

I am using One UI 5.1 but I didn’t get voice focus mode on my Samsung Galaxy A73. Although many feature I didn’t get but specially I need voice focus mode feature.

May be It's a region issue.
This feature is not available in every region.
It is inequality.
Samsung should stop this.

Goodlock is also not available in many regions that is also govt policy?
