Galaxy AIf your sim is mobitel you need to contact costumer care.
Before Make sure you Volte tags are on.
This is how i did mine.😃

Galaxy ADialog & Mobitel have volte.
But dialog have 4G 5G lte.. toooo....
Steps are below:-
Type ACT 4GV TO send 678...
Then wait a few minutes and you will received a message from dialog "Activated"...
Lastly open your phone's settings
Tab to Connection
Click Mobile Network
And switch ON the Vlte
Now restart you device....
