My Video in a15 stop playing after sometime and not only the phone videos also the videos of apps stop playing . this happened often. I also contacted to help center of samsung , they said to restart the phone . Now it's 5 or 6 times . How many do I restart and all documents also deleted because of that .l am a regular customer of samsung but this happened only in this a15 phone of mine i request to fix this problem.
I have face this in youtube where i sometime encounter isssue when forward videos etc. It stop playing and i have to close the video and play it again from start.
