Kindly follow below steps:
1. Go to Settings - Apps - Choose Video player - Clear Cache.
2. Make sure your device is updated from Settings - Software update
3. Make sure Apps are updated from Google play/ Galaxy store.
Kindly register your concern in the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask a question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of the issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
