After the recent update my device vibration is working again. Before this update i was much concerned about the phone's vibration motor and now it is working fine even service center executive told me that vibration motor is faulty but i briefly explain my phone occasionally vibrate but they didn't agree with me and quoted me ₹1200 repair cost to replace the motor and if water resistant require then you have to pay extra for sealing again but now the vibration is working fine since i updated my device to One UI 6.1. Thanks Samsung the issue is resolved.
All functions is working fine as of now but please improve your service experience they are charging too much for any diagnosis and part replacement if any and always in chance how can they fool customers and make money from it. Please look into this matter. Service and part costs are too high.
