In my phone vibration is not working.I think after the software update only i got this problem.is it software fault or hardware fault how can I check????

Hi,
Have you tried a Setting rest option ?
Not the Factory data reset just a Setting rest.
If it doesn't work then try doing a full Facyory data rest but make sure to backup all your data first and then do the rest.

Hi before factory reseting your phone, dial *#0*# on your dial pad. This will boot your phone into a service menu mode. There u can check the vibration motor.
If the motor doesn't work here also, then most likely you'll need to replace the motor at a samsung service center.
