Vibration issue in A6 and j6

After update to android 10.my both mobiles Samsung j6 and Samsung a6 vibration not working Even after restart my devices.

Anyone having same problem? kindly help me out????

dial *#0*# after that select vibration option, and shake mobile repeatly, vibration will start, i am using a6 android 9, i faced this issue, i sloved it with solution, try it. :)

do the same but problem still remains

shake it strongly, or tap on back side, or hold it with grip than shake, trust me it will work, i tried it multiple time
