Switch Off your device, and then turn it ON. If you feel vibration on powering Up, it's probably a software issue, clearing cache, restarting, or resetting may fix it.
But if you don't feel vibration even while turning it ON, then it's probably Hardware issue. Vibration module is damaged. You need to get it replaced.
