Vibrate isn't working

I got my Samsung A3 5g mobile this April, and it has been in vibrate mode ever since. For one reason now like for the past few weeks, I am suffering of some issues. The vibrate in my phone has stopped working completely now.

Can I just get some assistance on this?

Check for vibrations are enabled or disabled in the settings. If it's enabled, that could be a hardware problem.

I suggest you to visit any nearby Samsung Service Centre for additional support.

I never turned it off in the first place

If the unit is out of warranty, you must pay for the services.
