Shireen 13, did you get any feedback why the update is so late? June was the scheduled update. You need to post more, apply pressure....

Nothing whatsoever. My brother has a A12 and he got the update last month. I have not gotten a security update either since February

That is shocking from Samsung. I see a lot of posts from people questioning the same thing. That schedule they published on this app is meaningless. Perhaps in your case they're trying to combine the Android 12 with the latest security patch. But regardless it's still **bleep**-poor after sales service.

True and everywhere i read it says they my device was scheduled for June. It's two months later.
