Samsung Galaxy A53 5g is not supporting 1440p and 2160p video on youtube due to absence of VP9 codec. Even if I download a 4k video and try to play it shows video can't be played...codec not supported. Samsung should fix this issue by software update.

It will show which video and audio is being played by youtube

For example exynos 2100 support AV1 and dolby EAC3

Then codec is not issue, they just haven't given to 2k and 4k to this particular chipset.

In snapdragon only 8gen2 supports Av1

Samsung have habit of downgrading

S23FE downgrades compared to S21Fe

-Huge bezels and heavier

-No proximity sensor

-Gorilla glass 5, victus on S21fe

-Front camera ring of A series

-Camera downgrade from dual pixel auto-focus to Phase detection auto-focus.

Similarly S20fe also had downgrades compared to S10 lite from display to charging

So we have to double check before purchasing samsung devices about missing basic features.
