Usb not showing in storage only charging

How fix this problem ? I connect pendrive with otg but always show this problem.

Go in files app
Click on the USB storage
If you find this helpful kindly click on the three dots and click accept as solution.

Try to hold on the menu for a couple of second and see whether or not you can get it to work,
