I am writing on behalf of many Samsung users who have been eagerly waiting for the One UI 7 update. It has been over 100 days since the stable launch of Android 15, yet we are still experiencing constant delays. While we truly appreciate the improvements you bring with each update, the current situation is frustrating for A series users who are facing multiple bugs and performance issues.
We understand that major updates take time, but seeing delays while other brands are rolling out their updates makes us feel left behind. Many users are even considering switching to other brands due to this prolonged wait. Please do not delay the A series update to Q2 of 2025—it has already been a long time, and users deserve timely software support.
We humbly request that you release the rollout schedule as soon as possible and ensure that all eligible devices receive the update within this quarter. We hope Samsung will listen to its loyal users and not disappoint us.
