I purchased my Samsung galaxy a21s about 8 months ago. In this period my mobile couldn't even got a single update.

Can you please notify me when will I Get an update

Where are u from? In India, I'm pretty sure it has got updates in February and March of this year.

Either try once with Smart Switch or visit the nearest Samsung Service Centre, they'd flash the firmware free of cost.
If u use Smart Switch, then all your data will be secured, I mean they won't be deleted.
But if u visit service centre, I dont know if your data will remain or not. I think you'll have to take a backup.l and then visit.
Choose the one which is more appropriate for you.

I use a21z since August 2020 , I got many security updates,

In the January and feb we got the updates atleat 5 times

I think your device is rooted......Your device is root and didn't get any official updates......Visit a service center bro.....Faassttt
