The auto update has been stuck for 12 months now on my A8.
I've tried loading the smart switch on the pc then plugging in my phone, as advised by someone who had spoken to 'Samsung tech' but it has not budged a milli second and is still stuck.
Anyone got tips for completing the update without having to factory reset the phone.
I've tried so many times over the last year to try get it to update, but nothing so far has worked.
