Update issue

Hi there.

Can Samsung please fix the bug about the update software in Samsung Galaxy A55. It was new last year and still have not received the latest update. 

I have been now sensing the block here. What can I do? I can't go to the nearest Samsung to fix the bug and get the new update there....

What happens when you try to update? OTP updates don't necessarily affect how you use your phone, and it is something you can ignore (for the most part.) As long as your Galaxy is functioning.

My phone functions well, but I don't want to see errors on my well list.

However, it keeps asking for updates, and the update says it is not available. That is where there is confusion led to me. I see some other A55 users have already gotten their updates. But why?

Try the hard restart and make sure your device has at least 10 gigs of space available for an update. Also clear the cache partition
