My phone has increased battery consumption after installing security update ( patch level:2020/01/01).Updates every month only increase battery usage. Can i delete the update or wait for the next update? Certainly the next update is even worse......

(Please fix the battery issue in the next update.)

wait for the next update till than you can put all the apps to sleep and also clause the background use of android system to improve battery life
