After updating to android 10 you are unable to use Flash on & off feature when taking photos by selecting 48 megapixels from rear camera. before update you can use Flash on or off feature from rear camera with 48 megapixel ratio to take photos and wide angle missing. It's disappointment by samsung.

change the gesture navigation style and turn off reduce animation from advance settings and display settings
