Unstable A16 mobile

Very Bad experience with Model First time in my life even I use Samsung Brand for long. This A16 mediatech chipset mobile is very unstable and does erratic bihavior feel like some one other is conteoling my mobile but actualy its not, its problem being very slow some time most frequent and if you touch one thing happence another things...no success correcting it before you do SwitchOff and Restart mobile again.

Also Even enabling pocket sensor it does not work well and mistouch happening in pocket.

Initialy within 15 days of use this mobile gave Camera Problem. Camera does not start unless you hit mobile body...so it was sent to service center and Replaced the MotherBoard.

Also Camera does not allow Xoon in/out while in 50 Mp mode...and quality also not good even better than low cost Samsung.

Please suggest to improove Mobile Performance.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. All is ok but in A series in any model you don't get to zoom in/out in 50mp i have A55 that also does not zoom in 50mp then how can u expect from A16 to do it??

Yeah A16 is actually for low budget or budget friendly phones so it is ok if the phone lacks or hangs for some of the time
