Unable to update software

Just received a firmware update from Samsung for my Galaxy A10 - Security Patch February 2023. Downloaded it, but it fails to install every time. There seems to be a problem here because it stops at 25%, then says 'Error', then after the phone has rebooted, tells me "The Firmware update has failed and I need to visit the Samsung service center". Even after I did a factory reset and tried to update my software the problem still persists. This has never happened before.

I sought assistance on this matter on the site and had a LiveChat with a service agent. I explained the issue to her and she advised me to visit a Samsung service center. Clearly this isnt an isolated incident since we're all experiencing the same problem.
