Unable to login to Samsung Shop app on new A50s

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post here.

I recently purchased Samsung Galaxy A50s. I downloaded Samsung Shop app on it but I am unable to login in app using my Samsung account.

It asks for access to contacts and after allowing,  nothing happens.

It is very strange since I am able to login in Samsung Shop app on my non samsung phone from Asus.

Has anyone else faced similar issue ?

I have tried uninstall and install, clear app cache, data, giving all permissions. Also I have tried to download and install app from both Google Play store as well as Galaxy Store.

Nothing has solved this issue.

Samsung App is not working on Samsung phone !

That's the worst app from Samsung. It's been weeks that no one is able to use that app.

I guess SAMSUNG don't want to sell their products on their own platform so this is why no one from Samsung even cared to fix the issues in SAMSUNG Shop.
