Unable to connect to 5G network

Location : Chennai

Couple of days I have received jio true 5g welcome offer and I tried enabling 5g in Network settings as per instruction provided by the service provider.

However, I didn't get 5G signal. As other forum mentioned I reviewed the network capablity using olkaa app and my location is 5g enabled.

I have travelled down to another location and I could see 5g network is available therefore my mobile able to switch to 5g network.

I prefer below website to check the 5g availability rather than ookla.

Restart once phone.
I had faced this issue but after restart phone once 5G automatically working
