Dear Samsung Support Team,

I have been using the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G for almost a year without any issues. However, recently I encountered a problem after logging out of my Samsung account and temporarily logging in with a different Samsung account for a few minutes. After switching back to my original Samsung account, I am no longer able to make in-app purchases.

To be specific, I’m trying to make purchases in the game Pokémon GO, which I downloaded from the Galaxy Store. The purchases were working perfectly before the account switch, but ever since, I receive the following error whenever I try to buy anything:

Error Code: B7002/P/93MPO

I haven't received any response or solution from support yet, and this issue has been persistent.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue.

We request you kindly share the log file. Also, share the video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
