USB issue in galaxy a20

My one year old Samsung Galaxy a20 is showing up a notification which reads that " USB connector connected/disconnected " even if I didn't connect any usb device . I even got replaced the USB port at the service center but the problem still persists plz help me 
The phone is finding very difficult to turn off

if it continues it means the motherboard and buttons are damaged

many say that its a software bug and most of affected users are using an s10 or a50 but it happened to my a20

Go to settings >apps>click on 3 dot at right top corner>click on show system app >searchin search bar (just type USB SETTING">click on it>storage >clear cache and data
Restart your phone and then try.

well that works temporarily good but still starts showing that after some time

do one more thing
go to settings >developer option> search for default usb configuration >click on it> and set as charging only and lets see

and if you not yet enable developer option then follow these steps

Steps to enable developer option
settings >about phone>software information >then u find build number >tap 7 times>then back to settings
and at end of settings one new option called developer option
click on it and find that option

and if after all these not work then send feedback to Samsung by using get help section Screenshot_20201023-194640_Settings_62591.jpg
