Why is a USB connector connected/disconnected notification shown on my Samsung Galaxy A70

That is supposed to happen when you plug a charger

It works but now charging is not working... connecting the charging cable I restarted again and charging started... but the issue of usb connection disconnect and display turns on even after locking up the screen... is  there a permanent solution for this Samsung galaxy M30.. 

This is happening from last 10days Every time I put to charging need to restart... after removing again restart
