Works fine for me. Did you guys update the My Files app. If it's still not working, I would suggest update everything specially the WebView and Play System and do a factory reset. Everything should work fine after that.

Done that..but i cant factory reset..i have some important files..and my laptop is under service... 😥

I have reported the problem..and also made a call with samsung, they said it's a bug that come's after the update. I have to wait untill the next patch update...😥
