UI 2 With Android 10 Updates- I am Using A50, but not yet got the update, hence the company states that it has released the updates for A50 Handsets in march 2020, but I have not receiced any updates yet, my hand set is still running on UI 1.1 with android 9, I have tried several times to update my software but... Useless. Kindly suggest

you can update your phone by Samsung center after lockdown

I had got in contact with the customer service manager he told me that the update will available soon for us we are facing this problem bcz some 9f the peoples were getting some issues in their devices after this update so they had planned to relaunch it by fixing the bugs keep patients we will get best and better in time with in this aprail
