As per your concern, we want to inform you that you can use the UHQ upscaler option working when put on samsung earphones. However, if the option is not visible while connecting the headphone kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
● Check the physical condition of headphones: Take a look at the connector on your headphones and make sure it's not bent or broken, and that the cable is not damaged.
The easiest way to figure out what's causing the issue is to try another headphones on your phone or try your current headphones with another device.
● Check the device by connecting other headphones: The easiest way to figure out what's causing the issue is to try other headphones on your phone or try your current headphones with another device.
● Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.
