Oreo update for A5 2017 started rolling out 1 month ago and up to now UAE model have not received the OTA update..Why is it always the last one to receive the update?And when will it reach the UAE model?Samsung😐😐😐

I can't hear my caller voice or hear any sound except from speakers and no one can hear me talk either after Oreo update so be careful guys . I have a5 2017 also
