Transfer of data from broken phine

My old A31 fell and the LCD was damaged. I cannot see anything from it. I then bought a new A35 and restoring my old data is not pulling everything. I tried to then manually transfer my old data but could not because all methods require acces to my old phone. What do I do?

You'll have to replace your LCD, unless your data was backed up. Then you can restore it from samsung cloud even if your new phone is already setup. Kindly advise if your data was backed up?

Go into your phone settings and search for "restore data" then click there and select all that you want to restore

Have tried hdmi connection to a TV and use it as a screen to navigate around your device, you should be able to work around that
