Hey guys, can you please help me out with my galaxy A50 that I bought in Best Buy USA.
The supplied usb that comes when I bought my smartphone can't be detected for transferring files to pc. In the default connection setting for usb of my smartphone is set for file transfer.
I already bought usb type c data cable from third party but the problem is still the same, it is just for charging my device. Is there any configuration that missed? Thank to anyone that can answer.
In my case i can easily transfer file to my laptop. check on your smartphone if you have enabled the transfer files option. by default it is set to charging only.
Thank you for your help. Anyway I already set the default connection to transfer file when connected to USB but the problem still persist. I also enabled developer mode.
Bro once check your phone on another PC with ur data cables, If thats connecting to other PC with the same data cable, there is some issues with device drivers in ur pc.
I did just what you have instructed but It is still can't be detected. But the phone is charging when connected to my desktop and laptop as well. Anyway thanks bro for your reply.
Thanks Bro, Now I found a solution to my problem. My usb cable that comes with my phone charger is not faulty. It happens when I thought I need to install a driver from samsung. I first checked my laptop if there is already installed driver and when I found that there is, I uninstalled it and restarted my laptop and tried to connect my phone and now it was succesful. I don't even tried to install the said drivers. Now I am transfering my important photos and videos to my laptop to free up my phone memory later. Thank you bro for helping
