Touch problem

Screen finger touch in a50 doesn't work. Very problematic, my friend also uses a50 but he is also facing same problem.

yes tempered glass is necessary otherwise screen could break?

First wipe its cache partition throught recovery method if it doesnt work then try changing your screen protector.

what problem actually you are facing touch is not responsive you have to touch twice or thrice..

go to display settings then turn on touch sensitivity.I think it will be helped for you😊.
