Well i am a galaxy A31 user and i wanna say this samsung phones are really best and i love theae phones for only 6 months and then later these phone's show you their worth.
So before couple of days ago i am just using my phone and suddenly my screen just stopped and i can't even close the apps which i opend so i have to restart my phone and then its working properly.
I thought that its just happend coz i opend to many apps. Then after that my phone was heating up and i am start to facing the touch issue in my phone. Like every day my phone's screen just stopped its touch but its not work properly. And then later i got a patch update for my phone and still its havibg the same problem what the **bleep** samsung is doing idk but people who have these bugs and glitches and issues i am sure that people will stop buying the samsung phones and they will shift to the other brand.
If anybody does have any idea about how can i fix this issue plz help me
