Touch not working

Samsung A50 mobile touch was suddenly not working, After pressing the Power button and Volume Down button in same time, mobile getting restarted and the Touch working properly 

Its a major issue in Samsung mobiles

Look into this issue and assue this kind of issue won't occur again.

I lost the hope on Samsung this time, Samsung is a big company but not reach the Apple standards.

You should go to service centre
