Last night I downloaded and installed system software update. Unfortunately now my Samsung Notes won't open. It keeps crashing

Please perform the following reset:

Please go to settings >>Apps >> Three dots on top right corner>> Show system apps >> Samsung notes>> Storage >> Clear cache.

Then please perform a soft reset of the device:

Press the power and volume down button simultaneously

*the phone will take a screenshot, however please keep holding.
