Normally market share of Samsung in Sri Lanka is low than other countries. We don't getting beta tests. Also updates are releasing by optimising the software according to country. You will receive One UI 2.5 soon.

I know that's why I still don't think devices in our country won't receive beta tests. But it'll be good if we do somehow. That's all.

so when the beta program is ready, one ui 2.5 will release and within a week you will get beta program.

the thing is that samsung releases updates by batches and countries, to avoid data traffic jam. currently they are busy on rolling out the one ui 3.0.
Once they are settled they will provide.
