Look how serious is Samsung help about their job!! They don't know who is asking the question. That don't know about which device we are asking question. They are always ready with their scripted, automated replays. Wow!! Slow claps.👏👏.

Let me tell you a internal thing that Samsung customer care just copy paste response 🙄! Once i had asked about slow performance issues and lag response was about how to reset device but 😆 🤣 lol I already had mention in the query that I have already reset my device multiple times !

Once I have reported about RAM management issues after One UI 3 update. The problem is more RAM usage after One UI 3 update that leads my phone to lag while opening apps.
They have said to go to service center for physical inspection of the device. 🤣🤣.
This is their situation.
