There's no app lock

I'm feeling guilty and shame for that there's no app lock feature by system applications in Samsung mobiles.

There is S-secure which can easily uninstalled by anyone. 

Why can't you develop an app lock feature?

you can then use secure folder...if it is available....if you keeep security on settings then no one can uninstall that s secure app
