I feel that I made a mistake by buying Samsung A33 5G mobile, I have seen many people who have been using mobile phones of other brands for 10-12 years, those too are cheap but they never had any microphone problem It has been only 2 years since I bought this phone but the microphone is still not working. I am a student and I saved some money myself and borrowed some from family members, in this way I collected 25k with which I bought Samsung A33 5G but it has been a waste of money for me. I have tried various methods but still my problem was not fixed. I am facing this problem for the last 4-5 months, maybe after an update. I had rightly suggested to my friends and brothers every time that it would be good to buy a Samsung mobile but I was not right. Now everyone is suggesting that I should take the phone to an authorized center, but Samsung's authorized center is 65-70 km away from my house and But I am still a student and I don't have enough money to fix it .Maybe your developers have brought my mobile to zero condition with an update, Here everyone making fun of my suggestion to buy a Samsung brand mobile. I hope the developers will soon fix the microphone issue via an update and not return the readymade answer as usual.
Sir it's a hardware issue, not software. My Galaxy A33 is totally fine. You will have to visit a service center, but as it's out of warranty so even 3rd party repair isn't an issue.

how much it can cost ,( Problem: When you go near the microphone during a call, then sound goes to the person in front of you otherwise not. This is such a problem.)
