Is it fast charging with 15 watt charger? I think it must be a lot slower than normal fast charging speed. I am having the same issue. On fast charging it charges 2/3 percent then stops. I disable fast charging. It charges but at a lot slower speed. Without fast charging it charges like a speed of 10 watt charging speed. It probably has something to do with temperature of phone. Even when phone is not very hot it still doesn't charge at super fast charging rate. I disabled a lot of background processes that cause the temperature to go high but still no workaround. I guess during summer we are stuck with normal charging. Unless there is a solution. During summer phones temperature get high easily even with normal usage. But it should at least charge with 25 watts. 25 watts is considered slow in this day and age. And we can't even charge at 25 watts. Honestly it's a let down by Samsung.
No, it is not a 15-watt charger It is a 25-watt charger When i turn off fast charging, it starts charging. Recently, i went to samsung Service Centre, and they said that due to high temperatures, most of the mobiles are facing the same issue. They said we would change the mother board of the mobile after further testings that why it is not charging with a 25-watt charger. Sometimes, it charges the mobile, and sometimes, it does not charge. Can u suggest to me what i should i do now Should i give the mobile or not to samsung service centre for testing or repair?
I think its an issue with A15. And also some other A series devices. I have seen other people complain about this issue. If its a software issue then hopefully a future update might solve it because its such a nuisance. I have A06 that charges fine on same charger. But A15 is really struggling. It just stops charging after like 10 minutes with fast charging on. When fast charging is off then it takes 10x more time. Sometimes it stops normal charging too. Really frustrating. I understand most phones charging speed slow down in high temperature environment but with A15 its a major issue. If this issue persists then I will have to change my phone.
Bro its just 25 watt when its fast charging and 25 watt isn't even considered fast charging in this day and age. Many devices in mid range support 45 to 65 watt these days. Here we are stuck with 25 watt and our phones are struggling with that which is a shame.
