Super Fast Charging issue - A71

A71 automatically switches from super fast charging to fast charging or vice versa. How to fix this?

Go to get help section at the bottom in samsung members app

There you will find Live chat option

they tell me samsung not provide official firmware website

For me the same problem appeared with the first software update ... and now it is fixed in the second one. It's been about 2 weeks and it super fast charges without issues.

I have the same charging issues on a brand new phone I bought last week. This phone is defective, either software or hardware.
