Sumsang a14 applock not available and not show secure folder, why why???

Applock is a non goggle or Samsung app , so you can download it from play store,
The secure Folder, you can ON it from developer options.

If secure Folder option not available in developer options, then it will be in Biometric and security settings.
Open it.
On the option "show secure Folder in Apps"
