hi members,


I'm using samsung galaxy a50 for last 1year.
I have updated my A50 with latest super buggy Aug 2020 OTA update.

previously they gave 2 security patches in the size around 130mb only

Aug update is weighs around 300mb of security patch and I have updated it.

after updated I felt about severe battery drain problem and that is manageable with powerbank need to take extra care with battery percentage.

but in last 3days I found sudden reboot problem in my A50 minimum it reboots 7 r 8 times per day.

Today I have checked with safe mode and I have done factory data reset again the sudden reboot issue is occurs.

please I need a proper solution.

I have tured off auto restart.
I am using medium powersaving mode.
I didn't dropped my mobile anywhere.
I'm using geniune mobile charger.

so please help me to solve thiss issue

I'm a working person and there is no service center is near to me have to go 37kms to reach a service center

will next update fix this problem?

today visited service center they changed the os then half an hour again problem occurs

again I visted they said it's mother board issue because of the update

and I spoke with customer care regarding motherboard replacement I regret to paid 8k for motherboard.

finally customer care said they will spoke with their higher official then get back to me

let's hope and wait
