Thank you for contacting us.

Please follow the troubleshooting guidance below. After completing all steps, check whether the issue has been resolved or if it still persists.

  1. Stop using the phone

Do not attempt to turn it on, use it, or charge it again. The issue appears to be recurring and could indicate a dangerous hardware fault, likely related to the battery or motherboard.

  1. Contact Samsung Support immediately

Since this problem has occurred twice, it is not a minor software error and requires professional inspection.

  • Visit the official Samsung Support website for your region.
  • Clearly explain that the device shut down unexpectedly, appears to have burned out, and that this has happened more than once.
  • Arrange for repair or replacement under warranty, if applicable.
  1. Do not attempt self-repair

Opening the phone or trying to fix it yourself is dangerous and may void your warranty.

Potential Causes (As commonly identified in Samsung support resources)

While the phone should not be used, these are possible causes of the issue:

  • Malfunctioning Battery: A degraded or faulty battery can cause sudden shutdowns and may become a fire hazard.
  • Hardware Fault: Internal components or the main logic board may be failing.
  • Overheating: Excessive heat can cause the device to shut down to protect itself. Repeated “burnout” symptoms indicate dangerously high internal temperatures.
  • Faulty Charger or Cable: Using damaged or incompatible chargers can cause power issues and overheating.

How to Prevent Overheating (For Future Use or Replacement Device)

If you receive a replacement phone or for general device care, please follow these guidelines:

  • Always use genuine Samsung-certified chargers and cables.
  • Avoid using the phone while it is charging.
  • Keep the device away from direct sunlight or hot environments.
  • Ensure there is enough storage space and close unused background apps.
  • Keep your phone and apps updated to the latest software versions.

The most critical step right now is to stop using your Galaxy A34 5G and seek professional Samsung support immediately to prevent further incidents.
