My phone has an internal storage of 32GB but wit already says I've used 30 GB I dnt even have any large files in it what could be the problem?

Check in Settings under Storage. Or Device Care. It should show you whats filling up your space.

That's too much for a 32GB internal storage. I mean, you get less than half of the storage to use. You should definitely look into buying a phone with at least 128GB of internal storage. That should be the minimum storage capacity for a phone during this time, considering how large apps, games, and operating systems have become compared to years ago.

The more you update your phone the more space taken, and also take note that if you install / update an application the internal storage is the one to be used/ occupied
