Speaker soft after drop

I all. I dropped my A32 4G a few weeks ago  not a major drop by any means. Having said that I know from experience even a small drop can cause damage.

Since I dropped my phone I can hardly hear someone when they call me, to the point of wearing my earphones when my phone rings, which is highly irritating. 

Any suggestions? I've been quite good so far in helping friends with opening their phones, giving it a clean etc. However my model is the "sealed" one so I'm not sure if I can open this one myself?

Any suggestions is highly appreciated.

However, i would highly recommend you visit the nearest Samsung repair center
