Speaker quality a30s

Wanted to ask that is the audio quality on the A30S really that bad? I recently bought the phone and am really disappointed

it is not so bad. just the volume is somehow low. Else it is perfect

it's loud, but sometimes feels as if the speaker is blown

maybe there is some moisture in the speaker or dust
