Check with other network provider, if issue still exist then take your device to service centre.

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-
>Check device the Turn off all sounds option (Setting-->Accessibility-->Turn Of all sounds) and turn on it back.
>Check Sound in volume setting >>setting-->sound setting-->volume.
>Do the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).
>Run the device in Safe mode and check the issue.
>If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.
