Speaker problem during call on speaker phone

In my phone samsung Galaxy A50s having problem of speaker phone. Whenever call are received or call to anyone then normal mic is good but when it is in speaker to listen voice then voice should be very terrible and one voice come more time. What should I do?????

I bought a A50s for my mom a few days ago but no problem with the device at all.

I am using a 50 s no problem as such . the volume of the speaker could have been more loud. if u are facing a echo problem then that is network related

This can be due to various issues:-
1. Issue with your network provider.
2. Issue with your hardware.

Check with other network provider, if issue still exist then take your device to service centre.

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

>Check device the Turn off all sounds option (Setting-->Accessibility-->Turn Of all sounds) and turn on it back.

>Check Sound in volume setting >>setting-->sound setting-->volume.

>Do the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).

>Run the device in Safe mode and check the issue.

>If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.
