Speaker issues and amongst others

I bought an A32 just last month,but already I have issues with it,I'll answer a call and it will show as not answered and still incoming and sometimes the person on the other side can't hear me though I can hear them clearly. I'm very disappointed with Samsung as I've had other Samsung phones before without having this issue. What's happening

If have a cover try to remove it during calls and see if there's a difference, and check for updates and also restart it

Make sure everything on the phone is updated. Do a test with the recording app to test the mic, otherwise it could be a hardware issue and you may need to go to an official Samsung retailer for help.
