Sound problem on galaxy a71

Recently, i am having sound reduction problem on my galaxy a71. While watching a video or listening music, few seconds later sound became very low. Restarting the video or music solves it for few seconds or minute but eventually its get low again. Is it hardware or software issue? Anyone having the same issue?

Few days back I had updated my software.. after tht my Samsung A71 mobile sound has became very low while watching videos or playing music or while phone ringing.. why this is happening..can we fix it or wht..

Its happening to many people after updates. I fix my speaker 2 time now. All you need to go customer care and change speaker.

I am having same problem 3rd time now. I changed my speaker 2 times and now this is 3rd time. After repair it works only for 2or3 months then problem started. This is bull **bleep** from samsung. Only a71 user is suffering

I change twice with warrenty. Now i am having same issue again. My warrenty gone. I havnt fixed this time. No idea about cost
